FITNESS 4 RESISTANCE 

Join FTP Movement's "Fitness 4 Resistance" program! The program is launching on Malcolm X Day through Black August, from May 19th to August 31st. This program aims to develop discipline and self-motivation through physical and political training, education, fasting, and more. We also incorporate a variety of fitness activities such as calisthenics, martial arts, yoga and jogging, culminating with the Black August 5K run. We are inviting everyone from all corners of the continent to take part in an extensive program that involves calorie-burning exercises, mental discipline, and political education. Join us from where you are, organize a group and/or event in your area, make an impact by inspiring somebody, or attending and charting your personalized training experiences using the hashtag #Fitness4Resistance and #F4R." Experience it from the comfort of your home or come join us at our events held in solidarity with one another.
